YOU CAN HELP FIGHT DIABETES
THROUGH A BEQUEST IN YOUR WILL

If you already have a Will, it generally is possible to add a bequest without preparing a new Will. Through a short separate document (known as a "codicil"), you can include The National Diabetes Fund as your beneficiary.

Or simply add this language to your will:

"I bequeath to The National Diabetes Fund (a program of Project Cure
Foundation, Inc.), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, the sum of
$_____."
